1. Digital Service Nature
All services offered by Taproid are custom, digital, and service-based.
Our process involves strategic planning, professional time investment, and resource allocation from the moment a project begins.
Hence, once the service process has started, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
Taproid maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- SEO, Branding, or Graphic Design Services
- Social Media Management
Once the client has confirmed the project or made the initial payment, it is understood that the client agrees to our work process and refund terms.
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
3. Advance or Booking Payments
All advance or upfront payments made to Taproid are non-refundable.
These payments are used to:
- Reserve project slots
- Allocate professional teams
- Begin strategy and design planning
Even if the client chooses not to continue later, these payments cannot be reversed or transferred.
4. Project Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel a service before the project has started, a written request must be sent to our official email within 24 hours of payment.
In such rare cases, Taproid may consider a partial refund (up to 50%), only if no resources, planning, or project setup work has been initiated.
Taproid reserves full rights to approve or decline such requests.
5. Service Satisfaction
Taproid ensures full transparency and continuous communication during project execution.
We also provide a revision process (as per package) to ensure client satisfaction before final delivery.
However, revisions cannot be used as a basis for refund claims.
6. Third-Party Services
Taproid is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or APIs.
Payments made for such integrations are also non-refundable.
7. Policy Updates
Taproid reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy anytime without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
